Our sleeping environment has a big influence on our well-being.
My tips:
💧Make your bedroom as dark as possible (use blackout curtains)
💧Diffuse lavender, Lavender Peace or Cedarwood 30 minutes before sleeping to get those aromatics dancing in the air
💧No electronics in the bedroom - no scrolling. Plug it in somewhere else, or turn it off.
