Hydration

If you aren’t a water lover, skip the nasty artificial water flavorings and do this instead:

šŸ’§ Set up a hydration station with your favourite citrus oils
šŸ“ Cut up fresh fruit to add to add to your water (Try strawberry, mango, or pineapple)
šŸ‹ Make “light” lemonade with ¼ to ½ the amount of sugar (add fresh fruit too)
