Add a few drops of Lavender (or your favorite oil) mixed with a carrier oil to Epsom salts and draw a warm bath. Bring a portable diffuser, a good book, and a cup of tea. Turn your bathroom into a relaxation station for 20 minutes.
It's simple, but it works.
