Anchor Your Meditation with Oils

Taking 15-20 minutes for prayer or meditation can shift your entire day. I love using oils to anchor this practice and create a ritual that signals it's time to slow down and center.

My Go-To Oils:
 - The Yoga Collection
 - Frankincense
 - Rose

I apply them over my chest, down my belly, and in my palms, then inhale deeply before settling in.
