The 5 Love Languages

Let's talk about what actually makes relationships thrive. Have you heard of the 5 Love Languages❓

If this is new to you, here are the basics: people give and receive love in different ways. Gary Chapman, Ph.D. identified five main languages in his book The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love That Lasts, based on years of working with couples as a marriage counselor.

The five languages are:
 - Words of Affirmation
 - Quality Time
 - Acts of Service
 - Gifts
 - Physical Touch

Here's why this matters: you might be showing love in YOUR language, but the people around you might speak a completely different one. Understanding their language means you can actually connect with them in the way they need most.

Feeling called to explore this deeper❓ Grab some Green Mandarin, Thyme, and Siberian Fir. Layer them on before you settle in with the book - they're perfect for opening your heart, releasing what's holding you back, and gaining fresh insight.
