Mornings can get wild fast. Sometimes the day starts before you're even out of bed - kids needing different things, the dog scratching at the door, or that mental checklist already rolling.
One thing that helps me stay grounded before jumping into the day: Balance. I keep it right by the bed and apply a couple of drops to my feet before I do anything else. Even if it’s just a few quiet breaths while standing in the bathroom, it’s a moment to reset before the noise begins.
