Hydration is Key

More energy, clearer skin, better digestion, fewer random snack cravings - it all starts with staying hydrated.

One thing that helps me❓ I keep a glass of water by the bed and drink it first thing in the morning - after brushing my teeth, of course. I usually add a drop of Lemon, Tangerine, or Grapefruit essential oil for a fresh start to the day. It’s simple, quick, and sets the tone.

After that, I do my best to keep sipping throughout the day. Reusable water bottles, reminder apps, or even just a good playlist while I refill - whatever makes it easier.
