Dignity Through Access

One of the organizations supported through the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation is Days for Girls, a global movement focused on improving access to menstrual care and education.

Around the world, many girls miss school or lack safe options during their menstrual cycle. In some regions, materials like rags, leaves, or other improvised items are used simply because there are no better alternatives available.

Days for Girls works to change that. The organization provides washable, reusable menstrual kits along with important health education that helps girls and women manage their cycles safely and with dignity.

Beyond the kits themselves, the program also supports local enterprises and community partnerships, helping create sustainable solutions that empower women and girls long term.

Since its beginning, the movement has reached more than one million girls worldwide, and continues to grow.
